The room was updated and brand-new, the hotel was perfectly clean. The most important was the staff - attentive and amicable people. The venue's position was central. Besides, it was 15 mins walk from Oak Street Beach.

For a 4 star hotel everything was excellent, I loved to be here. The room was recently refurbished: very comfy bed, excellent bathroom. The location of the property was central, near to the Art Institute, the Magnificent Mile, tourist spots.

I had a really delicious breakfast and it had lots of food. The rooms were not only such large, but also updated. The personnel was willing to help and they provided exceptional service. Fairly clean and 1st class hotel in Magnificent Mile district. It was also close to shopping and restaurants😀👍

the hotel was so clean and such beautiful, loved the cozy beds. best possible location near a state-of-the-art science museum. the staff was willing to help, always loyal. breakfast was served in the courtyard.
